Valuations Associate

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform business valuation analyses of privately held businesses and assets/liabilities in various industries and life-cycle stages.
2. Build and maintain comprehensive financial models such as discounted cash flows, market comparable company analyses, market comparable transaction analyses, and complex option pricing analyses.
3. Interpret portfolio company financial performance through three-statement analysis.
4. Communicate with deal analysts and create valuation packages for senior management.
