All aspects of the operation will fall under the General Manager. ATB is a single unit operation requiring a hands-on approach to management. The expectation is to deliver exceptional food, customer satisfaction, and the management of the restaurant's profit and loss; all while creating a culture that is fun and genuinely caring and supporting of all employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :


GENERAL

  • Ambitious. Energetic. Engaging.
  • 3 -5 years' experience in restaurant or other foodservice management, preferably Deli.
  • Steady, stable employment track record. Minimum of two professional references.
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

FOOD

  • Complete understanding of food and ability to order and inventory food and supplies.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Ensure recipes are followed.
  • Ensure food quality standards set by the organization.
  • Culinary experience a plus.
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Apply food cost analysis.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Experience with to-go packaging.
  • Ability to schedule and manage personnel.

CATERING

  • Ability to execute and manage catering orders from both in-house sales and outside sales force.
  • Manage and coordinate all off-premise catering and other initiatives.

STAFFING AND TRAINING

  • Responsible for writing/oversite of the front and back of house schedules.
  • Passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others.
  • Ability to hire, coach, train and motivate employees.
  • Ability to have difficult constructive staffing conversations.

TECHNOLOGY

  • Background in desktop and hospitality software, preferably TOAST.
  • Understanding and experience working with online ordering platforms.
