PE Distribution/Water Engineer - FULL TIME PERMANENT HYBRID

Our locally recognized end client is in need of a PE Distribution/Water Engineer for an ONSITE PERMANENT HYBRID opportunity. This is a full time (40 hours per week) position which requires the ability to work first shift and pays a RANGE of $75-100k/yr and includes the potential for 20% travel locally.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Planning and recommending strategic long-term water and wastewater system projects or approaches to address needs related to source of supply, treatment, storage, pumping and transmission of water as well as collection, equalization, and treatment of wastewater.
• Conducting or reviewing water and wastewater system capacity and service evaluations associated with water or sewer service extension projects or other potential service growth opportunities.
• Preparing or assisting in the preparation of detailed asset investment plans considering the cost, timing, prioritization, operational need and risk, strategic investment fit and other pertinent factors surrounding individual projects or investment programs.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Experience/Education Bachelor's Degree in engineering REQUIRED (Environmental or Civil HIGHLY DESIRED .)
• 4+ years' experience in water resources engineering and/or planning REQUIRED.
• Professional Engineer (PE) REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated competency in asset planning, water system comprehensive master planning, distribution system hydraulic modeling or equivalent water system design experience REQUIRED.
• Broad knowledge of Engineering (planning, design, construction) related to water facilities REQUIRED.
