Position summary
This role is responsible for generating, responding to, and nurturing potential new resident leads and for transitioning inquiries into admissions to achieve 100% census in support of the communities he/she serves. This role is supported and works closely with the support center's Communications and Marketing team, as well as leaders at their assigned communities, to execute in alignment with goals, timelines, deadlines and activities that generate new admission interest, deposits and move-in's.
Additionally, this role generates leads and responds to inquiries from various sources, including hospitals and rehab facilities, families, social media and other sources. Maintains strong support partnerships with home office and communities, supporting and reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meets established goals to drive census with appropriate residents across all assigned communities
  • Conducts lead generation and supports lead development at the direction of the Marketing and Communications team for assigned communities
  • Identifies and conducts outreach to all potential lead sources that may provide direct or indirect referrals for future residents such as social workers, rehab facilities, hospitals and community groups in assigned geographical area
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive marketing campaign in coordination with the Marketing and Communications team
  • Receives and develops leads from various channels such as referral sources, call center, website and social media to complete admissions process
  • Creates and maintains a robust contact/email list for each community
  • Works alongside point person at each community to monitor and maintain social media activity daily, with at least one post per day in each community
  • Encourages positive reviews/recommendations across digital platforms: ensuring the most recent activity is positive
  • Acts as brand ambassador for assigned communities speaking with the voice of authority about the culture and daily life of assigned communities.
  • Builds relationships with community partners
  • Uses CRM software and lead management process; run reports as directed by Marketing and Communications department
  • Tracks and develops all leads in our CRM program (MCM)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
