Partnership of SCPMG
Transition to a Partner/Owner of SCPMG after three consecutive years of full-time employment (six consecutive years of part-time employment), with increased benefits (e.g., compensation, retirement, life insurance) and voting rights on organizational decisions.

Scope of Practice and Schedule:

  • This will be a blended position. Face-to-face work will be a combination of outpatient pulmonary clinic, inpatient pulmonary consultation, and critical care work in the CCU, all at WLA medical center. Most shifts are during the day, from 8:30 to 5:00, with occasional shifts until 7:00 PM.
  • Roughly 50-60% of the work will be overnight Tele Critical Care Coverage, remotely covering several intensive care units throughout the region with the assistance of 2 ICU RNs. This work is currently only done at Los Angeles Medical Center, with shifts from 7 PM-1 AM; 1 AM-7 AM; and 7 PM-7 AM.
