Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

Lift Truck Division Business Development Rep Identifying new Lift Truck applications and Allied warehouse needs. Grow the represented Allied product line and customer base.

Prospect and Develop Lift Truck new account targets based on marketing supplied SIC Code list.

Assist in new machine deliveries and customer training after delivery is made.

Conduct trade in inspections on an as needed basis.

Identify mainline product prospects and turn over sales leads to territory sales rep in that territory.

Proficiency in warehouse allied products and telemetry.

Sales driven and focused.

Show proficiency in financial merchandising programs.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Formal Education Associate Degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study

Experience 6 months or less

Required / Credentials

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Microsoft Office Compentancy

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

Prior experience delivering presentations to large groups.

CRM utilization

Financial merchandising aptitude.

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements do not significantly change over time.
