Applied Engineer

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead customer support efforts and manage a large, active user community, driving customer success initiatives.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and assist clients with onboarding.
• Develop growth related features like integrations.
• Gather, prioritize, and manage support tickets, working closely with product owners to ensure customer needs are met.
• Develop internal tools to automate and streamline manual processes.
• Create technical content, including blogs and YouTube tutorials, to support and educate our users.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A proactive, founder-like mindset, eager to take ownership and make a significant impact.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to commit to decisions, even in the face of differing opinions.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Previous voice AI development experience is a plus.
