Electrical Engineer - Facility Design

This entry-level position is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to contribute to the development and implementation of electrical power and lighting systems for a variety of facility types, including healthcare, commercial, and data centers. As a key member of their team, you will be involved in all aspects of project design and will collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the success of all projects.

Focus:
- Conduct initial field assessments and document existing site conditions.
- Participate in the design and analysis of electrical power and lighting systems.
- Develop and maintain project documentation using Revit and CAD software.
- Assist in selecting appropriate equipment and developing technical specifications.
- Support the maintenance of positive client relationships and contribute to project schedule management and document revisions.
- Collaborate with other design disciplines to coordinate project designs.
- Attend construction site meetings to observe progress and provide construction administration support.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering within a consulting firm environment.
- Proficiency in Revit software is required.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with data center projects is advantageous.
