We are looking for an Account Manager, who will be responsible for establishing and managing our existing clients within the US market. The role will also require management of newly established client accounts.

The company has offices in Madrid, Spain, Bay Area, CA, USA, and the UK with an enterprise customer base of global brand leaders.

We’re seeking a senior account manager to manage existing customer relationships and extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities within each client. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in and own their own success, using their self-driven initiative to build and maintain robust client relationships and expand account revenue through new opportunity discovery. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

You will have a track record of managing multi-million dollar revenue accounts, ascertaining need, substantiating return of investment, building world-class proposals (together with our engineering team), and successfully negotiating commercial terms.

Responsibilities

Manage existing clients to assure and grow account revenues. Discover and engage new client contacts (up to and including C-level) to initiate new business opportunities through clear demonstration of the value contribution delivered by A.I. Enabled Automation.

Account Management

  1. Own and operate existing and new accounts that are established.
  2. Operate as a 'CEO' of the account and be recognized by the customer as a trusted advisor, continuously providing thought leadership and innovative solutions that deliver value to the customer’s business.
  3. Understand the technical aspects of a solution at a high level and the commercial impact in order to represent the client view and act as a point of escalation to resolve project challenges and steer decisions.
  4. Client is based in Austin, TX so candidate must be located in Austin.

Communication

  2. Timely updates of all relevant systems (CRM etc.) for managing opportunities and contracted services.
  3. Eloquently compose clear, concise, and crisp messages to a variety of internal and external audiences, inspiring people through communication to take action.
  4. Create compelling and engaging written documents and presentations, tailored to the audience.

Education And Preferred Skills

  1. 2-5 years of software solution sales experience with account values of £500k - £10M.
  2. Demonstrable track record of building your own pipeline within existing accounts.
  3. An understanding of the key techniques used for modern software delivery (Agile, ATDD, DevOPS).
  4. Well-versed with a consultative selling approach.
  5. Strong commercial acumen allowing you to articulate value to the customer.
  6. Degree or professional training preferably in a Business or Technical related field.
  7. Ability to speak fluent Spanish a plus.
  8. Must be based in Austin, Texas.
