Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a sales and operations team, ensuring alignment with business sales plans and growth targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and meet revenue goals, while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Drive market penetration by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Oversee financial performance, manage forecasts, and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve key targets.
  • Provide leadership and coaching, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer requirements.
  • Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate data and develop deep insights into customer profiles for business development.
  • Engage directly with marketing strategies, product development feedback, and branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.


Education and Experience

  • 7+ years of technical sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering setting, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
  • Proven record of successful sales growth, market share expansion, and leadership of high-performance teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex product benefits to a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and successfully close large, high-value deals.
  • Skilled in using CRM and ERP platforms, as well as other business software.
  • Experience in the safety industry is a plus, with knowledge of industry standards and customer needs.
