Position Summary : The Channel Development Manager will lead the growth of our sales channels in the Colorado area while working closely with key managers and colleagues throughout Lenze. This position will also include being responsible for Lenze's brand-label customers. These are accounts selling Lenze products under their own name. The CDM's responsibility for these customers is mostly maintenance and day-to-day operations with annual planning in conjunction with Product Management. Location : Local to Colorado
Potential Earnings : $130-$145K/year +25% SIP
Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and growth of the distributors.
  • Manage marketing activities and lead processing.
  • Identify and qualify new channels partners and Distributors.
  • Periodic and yearly business reviews and goal setting for sales, stock, and other KPIs.
  • Training and training planning using appropriate resources.
  • Joint sales calls and target account development.
  • Key liaison between Lenze functions such as regional sales, industry sales, marketing, order management, and the channels.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of commercial, industrial automation experience with outside sales experience.
  • Distribution support includes demonstrating an understanding of how distributors work and their processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Collaborative and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel as required
