Contracts Specialists (TS/SCI)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Contracts Specialists on our flagship SETA U.S. Space Force (USSF) program to provide support in developing and deploying warfighter capabilities within the Program Executive Office's Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power portfolio in El Segundo, CA.
Location: El Segundo, California
Responsibilities for the Contracts Specialist:

• Support and advise the Program Manager and Senior Space Force Leadership in regards to acquisition strategies, contracting, budgeting and execution (PPBE)
• Develop and oversee acquisition planning briefs and documents (ESIS, ASP, ASD, etc.)
• Develop overarching program planning and execution documents from DODI 5000.02 and relevant DOD, AF, and SMC policies
• Provide technical and programmatic assessments of contractor design / milestone reviews to assess progress, risks, and issues to achieve requirements

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
• 5+ years of experience with acquisition and program management within the military and or intelligence community field
• Experience interfacing with acquisition offices and senior military leadership

• Salary range: $150,000 - $210,000
