What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales objectives aligned with the company's business goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing sizeable sales teams
  3. In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, both domestically and internationally
  4. Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills
  5. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
