Workday HRIS Analyst
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Workday HRIS system, including creating and managing business processes, reports, and securities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, assessing their impact on current processes and making recommendations for improvements. Participate in cross-functional projects, providing HRIS expertise and insights.
- Conduct continuous improvement projects to optimize system performance, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations, and data integrity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with HRIS/HCM systems, including system implementation and configuration.
- Preferred: 3-5 years’ experience with a strong focus on Workday software.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
