We are a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Warehouse Associate . This position reports to Leah Guyse, Production & Warehouse Supervisor and will work in Huntsville, AL.
As Warehouse Associate of the Huntsville team, you will be involved in supporting the Materials department. This individual will be responsible for pulling/kitting materials from stockroom locations per planned work orders, issuing production or rework work orders as needed, staging shipments of materials in and out of the facility with our outplant suppliers, inspecting, and receiving inbound inventory from vendors and maintaining overall inventory accuracy.

General Responsibilities
- Submit a verification of inventory receipts to packing slips and staged finished goods to pick lists
- Issuance of kits and materials to the production floor in a timely manner.
- Complete all stages of the production work order process, including accurately picking, checking, staging, and replenishing materials as required
- Replenish and maintain inventory, clean and straighten fulfillment center area, and assist with other projects as needed
- Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled and released
- Communication of shortages to appropriate personnel
- Investigation of inventory count discrepancies
- Sorting or restocking as required
- Duties must be performed timely and accurately, in a safe manner that achieves department productivity, quality, and cost targets, all while maintaining good housekeeping using the principles of 5S.

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in an operational environment. Additionally, they will have acquired the following qualifications and experiences:
- Must be able to meet department KPI standards (productivity, quality, cost and pick time)
- Ensure all raw material and components are received into the warehouse in good order, moved to proper locations in FIFO order daily, and stored, or moved in such a way as to prevent product damage or deterioration
- Ability to audit, investigate, and record inventory discrepancies
- Perform daily cycle counts, and physical inventory
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. on a continual basis
- Must be reliable and on time to work each day
- Must be able to stand and walk about the warehouse throughout the scheduled shift
- Ability to perform basic math skills and measurements
- Experience with Intuitive MRP system, and MS Excel a plus
- Proven ability to use scales to weigh count
- Experience operating forklifts, hand jacks, and any other applicable warehouse equipment
- Quality:
- Meet or exceed company standards for productivity
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product, process or quality system nonconformance
- Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or quality system
- Strive to develop and implement continuous improvement into all product, process or quality system
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area using the principles of 5S
- Assist in maintaining the security of company property
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards
