The Production Manager is accountable for production quality, correct process, safety, daily preventive maintenance by machines, cost control, efficiency, scheduling, and training for all PA levels to assure constant improvement and development. Works collaboratively with the Process Engineer; to make certain that employees are properly trained in specific machine operations.
Responsibilities include:

- Coordinates flow of materials
- Adjusts scheduling to maintain efficiency
- Meets production and delivery schedules
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (mechanical, electrical)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience, which includes plant supervision, quality control, maintenance, and production management.
Compensation :
$140,000 - $160,000/year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
