Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining property related data from official records, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our databases

Duties
• Review and analyze documents, including deeds, mortgages, surveys, and other official records.
• Extract relevant information such as property ownership, legal descriptions, encumbrances, and other pertinent details.
• Enter and update property data accurately and efficiently into the company database or management system.
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and abstract complex property-related information.
• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
