We are seeking a Director of Account Management.

  • Ideally based out of San Francisco*

The Director of Account Management will support Xanitos’ efforts to maximize growth by generating new sales opportunities and identifying additional opportunities within the current client base. The Account Manager will manage these opportunities through the sales process from identification to close, working closely with Xanitos’ operational leadership.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge of company service lines and offerings.
  • Partner with operational teams to identify internal account growth opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings to identify opportunities and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Gather information and data as it relates to finalizing opportunity value propositions.
  • Strategize with Marketing in developing all materials required for Sales presentations and proposals.
  • Partner with Sales in developing comprehensive cost analyses for each growth opportunity.
  • Identify key resources required for realizing and implementing all opportunities.
  • Manage deadlines for key deliverables and entire sales process timeline from end to end.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Role will require flexibility in schedule and travel on an intermittent basis.

Required Experience

  • EVS Healthcare
  • Ambulatory

Skills

  • Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years previous work experience in healthcare sales and/or operations, working closely with healthcare executives.

The expected salary range for this position ranges from $145,000 - $150,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position).
