WellSky’s People & Talent team is looking for aTalent Acquisition Partner to join us! In this role, you will make an immediate and ongoing impact to the organization by partnering with WellSky leaders to understand their talent needs and translate that into successful new hires.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for a subset of WellSky business units and/or functions and will be part of a highly collaborate Talent Acquisition team. Specifically, you will support recruiting for our technology organization as well as other areas across the business as identified. You’ll lean on industry best-practice and thoughtfully designed internal processes and programs to support bringing the best talent into the organization to fuel WellSky’s current and future growth. You’ll also lend your recruiting expertise and creativity to other talent-related activities and initiatives that support People & Talent priorities and excellence goals.

A day in the life!

In this position, you’ll get to:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting efforts for an assigned business segment
  • Provide a candidate experience that positions WellSky positively in the market and highlights our culture as an employer of choice
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with hiring managers through consultation and subject matter expertise within all aspects of recruiting
  • Research and provide insight into best practices to enable recruiting-related process improvements and an enhanced experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in hiring events and other recruiting-related activities throughout the year
  • Support various People & Talent projects and initiatives

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years related work experience

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical recruiting experience
  • Experience with Workday applicant tracking system
