As the Director of Human Resources, you will be at the helm of our HR operations at the local level, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
- Three to five years’ previous experience in a human resource related role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, and human resources information systems required.
- Knowledge of and experience with related employment law (i.e. COBRA/MN Continuation, FMLA, ADA) required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
