We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Sommelier to join our team! T his position acts as an extension of our Beverage Manager, aiding in staff education, as well as being an intricate member of the service team in providing an unparalleled dining experience for our guests.

- Thorough knowledge and appreciation of French Cuisine and Culture
- Flexible availability including lunch, dinner, and weekends is mandatory.
- Excellent French wine knowledge, with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles
- Minimum 2 years’ hospitality and wine program management experience is preferred
- Able to use relevant computer applications (Microsoft word, excel, outlook; restaurant-specific software including point-of-sale registers and business metric applications)
- Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service
- Ability to meticulously perform tableside wine and food service while under pressure
- Wine Certification is preferred
