Product Manager III - Fraud & Risk Management

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager for our global Fraud and Risk management platform operating across more than 100 countries and millions of travelers. Our ideal candidate will have successfully led multiple, worldwide, technology-enabled products or services tailored to power eCommerce and fintech businesses. The successful candidate will form a strategy that gets to the core of what our customers value, set priorities that move that strategy forward, and exert influence to align diverse stakeholders. This is a highly strategic position that will impact the direction of our organization going forward.
What You’ll Do
- Simplify and create frameworks to influence a diverse and broad audience.
- Write product requirements and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, marketing, design, and development teams.
- You will partner with stakeholders and managers to develop new ideas for research, testing, and feedback loops to better understand and quantify customer pain points.
- You will own unrelated product areas, developing the product feature or product roadmap and execute on go-to-market plan.
- You will tailor communications (content focus, style, format, etc.) for different audiences as appropriate.
- Work closely with tech team(s) on driving products and features from design to ship.
- Create alignment on the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Establish metrics and indicators for success.
- Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers.
- Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Experience creating and evolving customer and developer experiences from conceptualizing to launch.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs, managing roadmaps across multiple stakeholders, including working closely with tech teams from design to ship.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery, overseeing roadmap strategy and definition, contributing to discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a platform product.
- Known for superior communications skills with high attention to detail.
- Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
- Experience working in Fraud & Risk management platform products in ecommerce setting, a plus if it is in a global setting.
- Experience with SDKs, two-sided platforms, and development tools, and managing developer communities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
