Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, Donna Karan, DKNY, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company's products are sold in over 120 countries.

The Junior Sales Manager will support the Sales team in managing and growing wholesale accounts across the US. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities :

  • Help maintain and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale accounts
  • Support the wholesale team in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with wholesale partners
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales administration, marketing, logistics, etc) to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations/decks to clients
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
  • Assist in the creation of sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Wholesale or Retail Sales
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
