**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and provide interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation of patient care and treatment.
- Educate and provide support to patients' families regarding treatment plans and post-hospital care.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the PICU environment.
