Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a mid-senior level project manager in the construction industry for our growing client located North of Boston. This position will require 50% in the office and 50% on the job site.

Responsibilities:

• Thorough technical skills with construction/architectural drawings and job specific documents
• Ability to effectively manage projects, including: job submittals, requests for materials and processing work and change orders
• Monitor and oversee project budgets and track profitability
• Closeout projects
• Develop long lasting and successful relationships with customers, field and internal employees,
• Ability to adapt to ever changing environment while achieving positive results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
