LaSalle Network is partnering with a top food manufacturing company looking to hire a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Transformation to join their Global Technology Team as they embark on a company-wide digital journey. This individual will partner with global supply chain business leaders to enable and oversee delivery of next-gen solutions, paving the way with transformative technologies which will play a crucial role in enabling business initiatives across the organization to reach its goal of being the undisputed leader in the frozen foods industry. Successful candidates will have at least one end-to-end multi-year transformation under their belt.
This person will partner with global Supply Chain business leader, to enable the realization of strategy, and is passionate about supply chain, next-gen technology and the transformation journey. The ideal candidate is someone with great knowledge and experience of end-to-end supply chain processes from planning to execution including Planning, Transportation and Order Management/Fulfillment. Your mandate will be to deliver simple and satisfying solutions.
In this role you will be at the helm driving the team's overall success by managing your team of Delivery Leads in project delivery and working closely with the Product Owners to extrapolate the capability roadmap into an executable set of features and the Solution Architects for the overall solution design and fidelity. Lastly, you will report to the Director, Global Supply Chain Technology.

- Production Planning - Scheduling and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Global Transportation (TMS) & Visibility (RTTVP) - Ocean, Rail, Road, Intramodal
- Order Management (OMS) - Order Entry, Available to Promise, Customer Delivery
- Stay up to date on industry leading supply chain technologies
- Supply Chain Planning (Blue Yonder Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning and S&OP)
- ERP (SAP SD, IM, PP/DS)
- Transportation (SAP TM, Blue Yonder, e2Open)
- Enterprise Reporting (Microsoft Azure, Power BI)
- Enterprise AI/ML/Modelling (Embedded AL & ML Libraries, Optimization Modelling)
- Modern Integration (API Management, Data Ingestion)
Senior Manager, Supply Chain Transformation Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, Agriculture or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of highly relevant experience in the CPG or adjacent industry, holding progressive roles
- Have the requisite supply chain technology experience within an SAP ERP Environment (see expertise section above)
- Worked and succeeded in both traditional and Agile project delivery framework
- Have experience working within a global organization
- Take pride in having managed and mentored a team of people
- Knowledge of the consumer products (CPG) industry, specifically food and beverage
