Summary
As a Community Assistant, you'll energize our vibrant student community by creating a warm, welcoming environment through creative events and authentic interactions. Leveraging your strong social skills, you'll foster an inclusive atmosphere while achieving occupancy goals. Gain valuable experience in hospitality, marketing, and operations while making a positive impact on campus life. Ideal for outgoing individuals passionate about building community.
What You'll Do:
• Deliver outstanding service - Address resident needs with a smile and get things done right.
• Build community - Plan engaging events and activities that bring people together.
• Be a leasing superstar - Conduct property tours that dazzle prospective residents.
• Stay organized - Manage administrative tasks like receiving packages with ease.
• Maintain a picture-perfect property - Keep our amenities and model units looking their best.

Who You Are:
• Currently pursuing a degree with at least 1 year completed (Min. 2.5 GPA required)
• Stellar communication and customer service skills - You know how to make people feel valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for technology.
• Positive, can-do attitude ready to go the extra mile.
• Flexible - able to adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
• Ability to live onsite (preferred), lift up to 25 lbs, and walk long distances.
• Availability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week and participate in marketing events.
• Ability to work during the Summer Turnover Period and during school breaks.
