Overview

Mid-Atlantic Women’s Care , the premier OB/GYN group in Hampton Roads, was created in 1997 by the merger of 11 independent OB/GYN physician groups. These physician groups were carefully chosen and brought together because they represented the best physicians in the area. Today, this group of over 70 physicians serves a geographic area from the Outer Banks of North Carolina to Hampton Roads to as far west as Emporia, Virginia.

 

Gynecology Specialists , located in Chesapeake, VA, is looking to expand their growing team and add a full-time (4 days per week), Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Interest in or experience with hormone replacement is a plus!

Requirements:

  • National Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification or ability to obtain

  • Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain

  • Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

  • CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain

  • Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans

  • Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff

  • Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
