Your Future Team
The Manager, Advisor Engagement will help foster relationships with Hightower’s network of financial advisors. We ask that you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with the advisory landscape. You will have a growth-minded focus to coach and challenge the advisors to increase organic growth of their businesses by building and maintaining productive partnerships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their success. You will help strengthen relationships, grow performance engagement, and ensure the ongoing success of our advisor partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with our network of advisors, being a primary contact.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy for advisors in the areas of growth, scale, and talent management.
- Deliver and present programs to equip advisors with the skills needed to grow their business and deliver exceptional client experience.
- Assist and collaborate in the development of corporate events, presentations, strategies, leadership offerings and projects.
- Work with marketing and communications teams to support growth-focused campaigns, resources, and plans to engage advisors.
- Track advisor performance metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership team. Monitor advisor engagement levels, identify trends, and propose applicable recommendations to improve advisor productivity and effectiveness.
- Promote communication between advisors and our teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Be an advocate for advisors within the organization, ensuring their voices and feedback are heard and considered.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert.
- Share relevant insights and Hightower educational resources with advisors to enhance their knowledge.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in advisor relationship management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of the advisory landscape, including familiarity with consulting firms, subject matter experts, and industry influencers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with advisors.
- Work in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage advisor relationships and track performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and creatively.
