Job Requirements / Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to drive profitable growth for the business.


Responsibilities

  • Work with new and existing creator partners (50k-20M followers) to strategize/launch new products (e.g. fitness programs) and grow creators’ businesses on solin (
  • Convert prospective creators who would be good partners to have on the platform via email & call
  • Track and record metrics throughout the sales process & the existing creator relationship function of the job
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • This role will work directly with our Founder / Head of Growth, Mathew


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree w/ 1-3 years of work experience (recent grads will be considered if they are exceptional candidates)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • We are less concerned about prior industry/role and more interested in a smart individual with great work ethic + attitude
