LHH has partnered with a dynamic client in the Brentwood, TN area to help find a talented HR Specialist to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. This position is ideal for anyone who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle employee communication and address employee queries and concerns effectively.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS system.
  • Concur experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
