**Experience:** Minimum 1 Year of Experience Required
**License:** Current RN License issued by the State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
**Certifications:** Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association, ACLS from the American Heart Association, Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).

**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care to a range of patients with various health issues, from simple to complex.
- Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients.
- Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments.
- Assist physicians during patient examinations and in performing minor diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Obtain and monitor physiological patient data and intervene when necessary.
- Administer prescribed medication.
- Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products.
- Deliver competent patient care.
- Interact with patients and families to share care plans during hospitalization and discharge.
- Inform patients and families of hospital procedures.
- Make referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel.
- Delegate tasks to support staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
