DEPARTMENT Division of Communications and Marketing
SUPERVISOR Manager, Digital Marketing
BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for implementing tactics to improve the association's email marketing open and click rates, reduce unsubscribes, and bounces, as well as social media engagement. Responsible for tracking results on all digital channels and making refinements as needed.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

  1. Use HubSpot to lay out newsletters and emails, create audiences, and coordinate client approvals.
  2. Create and build custom dynamic target audiences and upload excel lists of contacts into TMA's CRM.
  3. Create and maintain workflows in HubSpot for email campaign automation.
  4. Maintain the project tracking calendar emails. Add jobs, update the status, ensure products are delivered on time, and communicate with the clients as needed.
  5. Pull a report of unsubscribed contacts weekly for leadership and resolve issues as needed.
  6. Send weekly stats to the Digital Marketing Manager on email and newsletter performance.
  7. Update contacts subscription settings and update data in TMA's database when new contact information is available.
  8. Develop forms and other landing pages as needed in HubSpot for recruitment.
  9. Maintain an organized digital asset portal.
  10. Create and schedule social media posts.
  11. Manage and implement other projects as identified by the Digital Marketing Manager.
  12. Perform other related duties as directed or required.

Duties are performed independently to achieve assigned objectives; however, methods and procedures may not be specifically defined. Employee may be required to develop or research appropriate methods and procedures to be used.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience
Requires concentrated understanding of a comprehensive field of knowledge. Knowledge required is normally equivalent to the attainment of bachelor's degree in related field and at least three to five years' experience. Must have knowledge of marketing and email promotion, and social media. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills are required. Must have experience in executing social media campaigns and using social analytics. Working knowledge of HubSpot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic HTML, email marketing, and website platforms.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal, writing and editing, communication, and organizational skills. Must be knowledgeable in communication planning, word processing, and time management. Must have proven ability as a self-starter who can carry a project through to successful completion.
