Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

Project Director Responsibilities:

1. Manages a variety of simultaneous large-scale projects across business units, regions, or the enterprise.
2. Leads large-scale projects across IT and Business Units managing the delivery of both technical capabilities and associated operational readiness.
3. Influences at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction.
4. Coaches and mentors project team members.
5. Mentors other project managers around project management methodology.
6. Determines project scope; develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans.
7. Develops training plans; defines, recommends, and secures contractual agreements for services and products.
8. Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms.
9. Develops project approval matrix.
10. Identifies project team training and tool needs.
11. Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase; defines critical success factors; establishes and manages the project warranty period.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 9 years of professional project management experience, with at least 7 years spent leading and directing large project tasks; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

1. Awareness of significant contributing factors to manage project change and demonstration of a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies, strongly preferred.
2. Masters in Project Management, preferred.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.

The salary range for this specific position is $120,120 to $214,500.
