Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Rockwell Automation Contracts Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on helping customers achieve a return on their investment for their Rockwell Automation services contracts. You will provide customers with data to ensure they are utilizing and gaining value from their service contracts. Additionally, you will play a critical role in the renewal and expansion process. The majority of your interactions will be with existing customers, minimizing the need for cold calling. Extensive training and job shadowing will be provided to ensure your success.
What You Will Do:
  • Assist customers, mainly by phone and email, in understanding and maximizing the value of their Rockwell Automation services contracts.
  • Provide data and insights to customers to help them effectively use their service contracts.
  • Support the renewal and expansion of service contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with industrial outside sales to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Participate in extensive training and job shadowing programs.
What You Will Bring:
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in technical sales support or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to work in-office at one of our service centers in the Puget Sound Area (WA), I-5 Corridor (Oregon), or Anchorage, AK.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Frequent computer and telephone use
  • Office environment
  • Occasional travel
  • Manufacturing/Industrial work environment with unknown exposure to moving equipment and other hazards.
Salary & Compensation:
  • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
  • Pay is $27.21/hour - $34.00/hour, DOE.
