Wireless District Leader - BeMobile Inc: Verizon Authorized Retailer

BeMobile is looking for a District Leader for our new location markets that include Orange and Riverside, CA area. If you enjoy working for a growing company and the challenge of building, guiding, and molding a brand-new team and district with unlimited upside to commission earnings, apply today. Earn $75,000-$85,000+ (salary plus potential commissions).

  • Strong leadership skills that include team and relationship building to create positive environments in each location.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail.
  • Reliability and consistency for all roles and responsibilities in the accountability chart.
  • Ability to execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process fully to ensure consistent use.
  • 2+ years of retail or retail leadership experience.

Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:

LMA: Leadership + Management = Accountability - Provide structure, discipline, support, and leadership to develop your team. Communicate the “why” for policies and processes, express ideas and thoughts, and keep others adequately informed. Look for new ways to grow by trying new options and following up on the successes and failures of those initiatives.

Coaching - Conduct effective coaching conversations guided by precision-based questions to encourage problem-solving skills and self-awareness among team members.

Sales Revenue - Monitor achievement of goals, quotas, and target attainment. Implement changes, communication, training, and incentives based on performance trends.

Customer Experience - Ensure your district provides customers with a productive and memorable experience that leads to loyalty and referrals.

Operational Efficiency & Compliance - Oversee the day-to-day operations of your District including inventory, cash handling, recruiting, interviewing, and scheduling.

Verizon Relationship - Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Verizon support team and foster relationships between Store Leaders and Verizon Account Managers.

Store Cleanliness and Functionality - Monitor overall store cleanliness and functionality to ensure a satisfactory environment for customers and employees.

Continuous Learning - Complete all assigned trainings and improve product knowledge related to your position.

District Leaders are also required to exhibit the following:

  • Be knowledgeable and able to answer questions confidently.
  • Plan, organize, and delegate as required.
  • Exhibit desired behaviors from all employees.
  • Coach, develop, and retain a successful team of Store Leaders and Sales Partners.
  • Complete all operational and administrative duties in a timely manner.
  • Provide input in various areas of the organization.
  • Perform all tasks of a Store Leader.
