Reportingintothe Director, Data & Analytics, this individual willbe responsible forquerying, analyzing,visualizing, and presentingcustomerdata toprovide insights to customers in pursuit ofsupporting their strategic goals.Your impact:Data Analysis and InsightsUtilize SQL and git to build new analyses and support existing onesexaminingtrends and patterns toultimatelyincreaseunderstanding of customer behavior, product usage, and satisfaction and maximize customer growth potentialCommunicatefindingsto various company stakeholders (customer success, product)in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analyses,identifyingnextstepsand providing recommendationsResponsible for the design, development, maintenance, accuracy, andtimelydelivery of reports andanalysesto meet company and customer needsCustomer Experience OptimizationHelp drive change in usage of data through actively surfacing and conveying customer specific insights toaccount facing teams and customersPartner with account facing teams and customers to translate customer business needs into data deliverables in for the form of analyses, standard reports, data extractsConsistentlyprovidestrong data-driven business and technical judgement to support customer business needsCreate training materials and tip sheets to help customers bestutilizereporting and data productsInternal Data Support & TrackingParticipate in ad-hoc projects andinitiativessuch as:expanding data warehouse with clean data ready for analysis, incorporating new metricsinto our BI toolTrain other functional team members on the reporting tool(s) and best practices from a data analytics perspectiveWhat you bring:Bachelor’s Degree1-3yearsof experience working with big data for healthcareExpertisewith Looker or other Business Intelligence/Visualization Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.Expertisewith SQL and ExcelUnderstanding of how relational databases work, and experience with designing transformations, mappings, and working with reference tablesExperience investigating data issues, and working with cross functional teams forproblem resolutionHighproficiencywith PowerPoint, G Suite, and Microsoft Office toolsWho you are:Excellent communication skills with a proventrack recordof communicating well with internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical thinking - effective atidentifyingthe critical question, capable of navigating tradeoffs between accuracy / comprehensiveness / complexity vs. speed and simplicityCan distill more complex analysis into simple charts to communicate key takeawaysAbility to document work, issues, and communicate standards and requirements“Can do” attitude and willingness to think beyond the status quoStrong attention to detailHealthEdge commits to building an environment and culture that supports the diverse representation of our teams.
