We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee our East Coast Division. This role requires a strategic leader to manage daily operations, finances, and personnel while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Job Summary: As the Branch Manager for the East Coast Division, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our branch operations across multiple states. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and the Chief Operations Officer, you will operate within the AX9 framework to drive business growth, manage financials, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee branch operations, including finance, HR, marketing, business development, and administration within the AX9 framework.
  2. Supervise Account Managers and the Branch Administrator, ensuring that KPIs are met, and performance benchmarks are achieved.
  3. Enhance branch profitability by managing expenses and interpreting Profit and Loss Statements.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop supervisors to build a strong team.
  5. Address and resolve client concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  6. Monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
  7. Review and analyze performance reports, coaching managers to drive improvements.
  8. Collaborate with other branch managers to address operational issues and share best practices.
  9. Conduct site assessments for new and existing clients.
  10. Lead regular meetings with staff, clients, and corporate departments to ensure alignment and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  2. Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with a positive and supportive approach.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to fairness and empathy.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficiency in project management, organizational skills, and technology.
  6. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability in a 24/7 operational environment.
  7. Proven experience managing people and a sales portfolio.
  8. Strong understanding of P&L and data interpretation.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  2. 5-10 years of business management experience, preferably in the security industry.
  3. At least 5 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more.
  4. Proficiency with Office 365, TrackTik Software, PayCom, financial documents, and Apple Mac devices.
  5. Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of staff.

Licenses/Certifications:

  1. Valid driver's license.
  2. New Jersey/New York security license preferred.
