Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of maintenance areas, including low voltage systems, industrial maintenance, and electrical systems. This is a leadership role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to ensure the facility's smooth operation.
## Duties
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Manage a team , providing guidance and support
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance projects
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management and industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and low voltage systems
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership abilities to manage a team of maintenance professionals efficiently
