Duties

1. Conduct case intake and evaluate client needs
2. Manage case budgets and timelines
3. Perform legal research and provide strategic advice
4. Draft and file legal documents
5. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
6. Handle litigation and appeals as necessary
7. Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case status

Requirements

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
2. Admission to practice law in the relevant state and federal courts
3. Certificate(s) of Good Standing from appropriate governing bodies
