Responsibilities:

  1. Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  2. Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients and listing agents in a timely fashion
  3. Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that result in more sales
  4. Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
  5. Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
  6. Lead follow up
  7. Lead generation
  8. Set appointments
  9. Execute consultations

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  2. Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  3. Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  4. Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
