Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who will effectively build, mentor, inspire and lead a team of inside sales executives. You should bring a proven record of accomplishment of success in achieving sales targets and previous experience motivating teams through leadership, coaching, interpersonal communication, and team-building skills. The Manager of Sales will be a leader on the sales team while collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure revenue targets are met.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies to prioritize focus on acquiring new customers and expand Rithum’s current customer platform adoption with our innovative solutions and services.
  2. Serve as a people leader, responsible for building, developing, and retaining a high performing sales team, enabling new hires, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  3. In conjunction with senior sales leadership, develop and implement key performance indicators and measures of success for individual Sales Executives as well as the team as a whole.
  4. Identify key areas for standardization within the sales process to support the company’s key business initiatives and selling methodology.
  5. Monitor sales against monthly targets and adjust processes and sales efforts to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  6. Work with other members of leadership to develop additional sales incentives, performance goals and motivate team members to perform at the highest level.
  7. Provide senior leadership detailed, data driven forecasting models on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  8. Develop broad product knowledge to serve as a resource to individual team members throughout the sales process including demos to ensure Sales Executives are effectively articulating all that Rithum has to offer to the benefit of our clients.

Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years’ of sales management experience, 5-10 years’ overall sales experience.
  2. Experience in SaaS and B2B environment.
  3. Proven record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment.
  4. Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone, in person, and online demos.
  5. Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably salesforce.com) to monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities of the team.
  6. Success in a past leadership role, including the ongoing development of individual team members through training, mentoring and overall performance management.
  7. Ability to devise creative strategies to motivate and energize a large team of Sales Executives.
  8. Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment.
  9. Highly effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  10. Demonstrated success in a collaborative, cross functional environment.
  11. Energetic, professional tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  12. Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. BS or BA degree preferred.
  2. Experience with Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator.
