Major Responsibilities:
- Works directly with senior staff to perform various analytical tasks to verify database integrity and functionality.
- Develops and generates standard reports for Finance, Administration and other customers throughout the organization, utilizing, but not limited to, Corporate Performance Measurement (CPM), Infinium, Kronos, Pathways Material Management (PMM), Epic, Access, and other reporting tools or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Maintains system security, updates database dictionaries, and provides ongoing general system maintenance for a single system.
- Assists with software and hardware installations, configurations and maintenance for Finance applications, in conjunction with the UMMHC IS Department.
- Assists the team with resolving basic technical system issues. Researches, tracks, and documents progress on basic problems through resolution.
- Participates in the testing of upgrades to Finance systems to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting of information. Identifies issues and suggests solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a closely related field
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant work experience
- Good interpersonal skills for interacting with physicians, clinical departments, administrative staff, representatives of federal and state agencies and insurance agencies, attorneys, collection agencies and a large staff of employees
- Ability to manage high quality and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of accounting systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Access and Excel
