MEMBER SERVICE DESK / MSR
Guest Experience Manager We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be connecting with our guests and crafting memorable experiences while providing exceptional service. You will be a key point of contact for our guests and play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their stay.
Responsibilities
Warm Welcome: Greet guests with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, displaying a friendly demeanor. Ensure a smooth and seamless check-in while delivering a personalized guest experience.
Passion for Hospitality:
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their overall experience through-out their stay. Assist guests with any inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a calm demeanor and a solutions-based approach. Team-Player: Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Foster effective communication to add to the team culture of service.
Operational Excellence:
Uphold and demonstrate our high standards of operational efficiency and effectiveness to manage front office operations. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to better the guest and employee experience.
Genuine Goodbye:
Provide an exceptional check-out experience that is personalized and makes the guest feel valued. Deliver a farewell that makes guests eager to return and inspired to share their positive experiences. Responsible to the Senior Guest Experience Manager.
Qualifications
A positive attitude and passion for creating a welcoming guest experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts. Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled work hours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
