Product Owner
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced Product Owner with a background in SWIFT and ISO Standards? We are seeking a driven individual to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This temp-to-perm position offers the opportunity to lead and organize our product backlog, ensuring strategic alignment while driving the development of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Analysts to break down objectives into actionable tasks.
- Organize and prioritize the product backlog to ensure continuous alignment with business goals.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust solutions in translation services and back-office integration.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in complex environments.
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT programs.
- Solid understanding of ISO Standards.
- Strong expertise in backlog management and roadmap planning.
- Ability to work effectively with SMEs and BAs to decompose objectives.
