Duties:
Handles transactions for services and parts, playing a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Reconciliation of customer bills is a key responsibility.
• Receipt of cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers, with accurate recording of received amounts.
• Provision of change to customers and issuance of receipts.
• Handling of customer complaints with integrity and composure; referral of dissatisfied customers to the
appropriate individuals for resolution when necessary.
• Assistance to the service and parts department by providing heavy telephone coverage.
• Provision of clerical and secretarial support to parts and service departments.
• Maintenance of a professional appearance at all times.
• Ensuring a neat and clean work area.
Requirements:
Bilingual Preferred
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
