- B.M. in Guitar/Bass Performance from ESP Musical Academy (Tokyo)
- B.M. in Performance and Songwriting Berklee College of Music (Boston, 2004)
- Berklee College of Music Achievement Scholarship recipient (2001-2004)
- Winner of Berklee Songwriting Achievement Award (2003)
- Worked as staff accompanist for the vocal department at Berklee
- Worked as a producer, music director, and guitarist
- Comfortable with teaching songwriting, arranging, and recording (DAW software, MIDI, mixing, mastering)
- Experienced instructor with a love for teaching
