Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Corporate M&A practice in Miami.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Florida required.
- 2+ years of substantive business and transactional experience, including M&A , joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions .
- Experience in Latin America corporate work is a plus.
- Business proficiency in Spanish.
- Solid law firm experience, with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents for complex M&A and joint venture transactions.
- Work directly with clients, providing strategic advice and managing transactional details.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
