Role Responsibilities:

  • Promote TP ICAP Group.
  • Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk.
  • Understand the underlying products being traded and keep up to date with knowledge of new products/procedures.
  • Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments.
  • Give live quotes to traders through the messaging systems.
  • Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies.
  • Provide trade details to brokers and traders on a daily basis.
Experience / Competencies:
  • Recent graduate from college or university.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Understands the financial markets and has a viewpoint on the economy.
  • Can easily build relationships.
  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively with others.
  • Personable and engaging.
  • Self-starter and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical problem-solving skills.
