PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
Family Support Programs provide family focused assistance utilizing Solution Based Casework model which focuses on goals to stabilize and support families. Promoting skill acquisition and behavior change which aligns to the promotion of child well-being outcomes.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of Vice President, the Program Director assumes responsibility for the administration of all aspects of the clinical specialized Residential Care Program.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5+ years administrative/supervisory in child welfare required, plus supervisory experience in the field of child welfare. Knowledge and training in working with children/adolescent & families including child & adolescent development stages and family dynamics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
$81,000 to $86,400 per year
Hiring bonus of $1,000 after 500 worked hours.

- Hire, train, supervise and evaluate all assigned staff.
- Coordinate monthly staff meetings.
- Ensure development of quality programming and that all living and surrounding areas meet or exceed an acceptable level of safety and therapeutic environment.
- Oversight responsibility of all documentation requirements.
- Attend to budgetary processes.
- Maintain program statistics and prepare reports.
- Demonstrate competency in child development.
- Demonstrate cultural competency.
